Due to our continued growth, we are thrilled to go to market for our new Commercial Excellence Manager.

The Role

As the Commercial Excellence Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading key projects within the European Institutional Solutions division and driving the adoption of core business processes and solutions within the Commercial function. This is a broad and varied role requiring strong project management skills, collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced business environment.

What you'll be doing as a Commercial Excellence Manager

Project Leadership:

  • Lead strategic, high-visibility productivity improvement projects across Europe.
  • Collaborate with local Commercial teams and functional Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to deliver results.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including charters, playbooks, and training materials.
  • Use a structured PMO approach, managing steering committee reviews and regular reporting cadences.

Process Optimization:

  • Identify opportunities to standardize and optimize business processes across the Commercial function.
  • Drive process automation and implement technological solutions to enhance efficiency.
  • Consolidate synergies resulting from process improvements to unlock value.

Collaboration & Leadership:

  • Work closely with European Institutional leaders to identify, prioritize, and execute key projects.
  • Facilitate workshops and presentations for global venues, PMO reviews, and Institutional Leadership Team (Inst. LT) updates.
  • Drive cross-functional team alignment and ensure consistent adoption of Commercial Excellence initiatives.

About You

The ideal candidate will have a growth mindset, exceptional project management skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (required).
  • Proven experience in managing strategic, cross-functional projects.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and process automation (preferred).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • High business acumen with a results-driven approach.
  • Practical creativity and adaptability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
