You are a seasoned tax professional with a strong background and many years of experience in tax accounting and reporting. You have top analytical skills and you enjoy identifying and handling complex tax set-ups. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are always looking for ways to improve processes and systems. Your excellent communication skills enable you to effectively convey complex tax concepts and topics to various stakeholders. You are proactive, adaptable, and ready to take on new challenges.
Main Responsibilities:
Tax Accounting:
- Governance & Technology: Manage, design, enhance, and continuously improve governance, technology, processes, and controls related to Tax Accounting.
- Documentation: Draft and improve manuals, guidelines, and checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Training: Prepare and roll-out continuous training programs for local finance organizations, local tax managers and global business service centers.
External Tax Reporting:
- Governance & Technology: Manage, design and implement technology, processes, controls and analysis for GloBE Minimum Tax calculations and reporting, country-by-country reporting, upcoming public country-by-country filings and our DAC-6 reporting process
- Reporting Process: Prepare and file the reporting obligations of the ultimate parent. Manage, support and oversee our subsidiaries’ GloBE / QDMTT and other filing obligations.
- Training and documentation: Prepare and roll-out continuous training programs for local finance organizations, local tax managers and global business service centers. Draft manuals, guidelines, and checklists to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Analysis and risk management: Enhance tax risk management and visibility of tax information by automatization of tax analysis including predictive analysis to validate data pre-filing and prepare reports for the Head of Group Tax.
Internal Tax Reporting:
- Reporting Process: Oversee and enhance the tax reporting process for the annual consolidated financial statements.
- Analysis and reporting: Collect and analyze tax information, advise on factors affecting the Group tax rate including predictive analysis on tax rate development, conduct tax risk analysis, and prepare reports for the Head of Group Tax.
- Technology: Review and enhance the tax reporting process through automation and integration with AI applications.

Requiremets
- Proven experience in tax accounting and reporting for at least 6 years in a large corporate group or in tax consulting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in tax technology and applications management.
- Degree (University or similar) in either tax, accounting, finance or economics, post-graduate studies in tax accounting and reporting are an asset.
